This was the first of its kind, 4 modular houses built from PFC cold rolled steel. This was a project completed for our new partners SPACIOUS PLACES from burnley.

These will be the first of many to be rolled out through the burnley area. The houses are manufactured off site and then landed onto the piled foundations to allow all of the external works to be completed in a much quicker time.
